These are just a couple of the Senate Bills that are out there now.  I'm sure there will be more to come!

 

SB27 - Exempts persons 21 years of age or older from wearing protective headgear except when operating or riding motorcycles upon interstate highways

            Passed Senate on 3/10, must pass House yet

SB114 - Allows courts using a centralized violation bureau to have the bureau order and verify completion of driver improvement programs or motorcycle-rider training courses
